Celebrate and Honor Bro. Malcolm X in the most powerful demonstration of his meaning to the Black Nation – the shutting down of the Harlem Central Business District of 125th St. between St. Nicholas Ave. to 5th Ave. for a three hour commercial moment of silence on May 19, 2016. This demonstration of Black Power follows in Malcolm X’s instructions as an example of self-determination and self-respect that we must demand and not compromise on. For over 25 years of police arrest, bribery attempts and negro sell-outs the Black Community, led by the December 12th Movement, has demanded that Malcolm X, one of our greatest revolutionary leaders, be honored on the same streets from which he taught us who we are, where we come from and what and whom we must fight for our freedom. Everyday, we continue to see the total denial of our human rights, from the police, courts, work place, schools, economy, hospitals, jails and housing. On May 19th we have taken a stand that Malcolm X will not be disrespected as we pay tribute to his legacy. JOIN US FOR THIS HISTORIC DAY OF ACTION. THIS DAY OF BLACK POWER, AND A EVENING FORUM ON WHICH WAY FORWARD IN THIS 2016 ELECTION YEAR. TAKE A DAY OFF TO HONOR A BROTHER WHO GAVE HIS LIFE FOR HIS PEOPLE.
BRING YOUR – RED, BLACK & GREEN FLAG and WEAR YOUR MALCOLM X T-SHIRTS, BUTTONS, ETC.
