UN Permanent Forum on People of African Descent: Side Event – Advocates for reparations cannot advance our struggle without learning from the historic victory of the Durban 400, the Durban Declaration & Programme of Action, and the international movement for reparations for crimes against humanity.

The December 12th Movement International Secretariat, with speakers from the Durban 400, will be hosting a documentary screening, discussion and presentation of D12’s 2025 Reparations Platform: this Tuesday (04/15/25) at 6:30 PM, at 320 W 37th St., New York, NY 10018 (The People’s Forum).

Join us to “learn” the “covered up” history of this unprecedented victory of the African diaspora, led by the group of 400 Black people who organized, lobbied, demonstrated, and relentlessly pursued their goal — the first international declaration that the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, Slavery, and Colonialism were (and still are) crimes against Humanity for which Reparations are past due.
